Diet GM Chart: The Beginning:
GM diet is a diet for one week with a specific food intake for each of the seven days. If followed exactly, the diet of GM intends to lose 5-8 kilos follower in the duration of the diet. Moreover, the GM diet is said to be safe and can be tested without fear of complications. This helps to remove all impurities from your system so that you experience a feeling of well being and good health .It is claimed that once the diet is over , that is, after seven days the person feels much lighter than its weight decreases. He or she will be higher in energy and will be equipped with a positive attitude towards life. The trick of the GM diet is not starving , but to be filled with so much food we did not go hungry at all.
My curiosity was piqued more . This is a diet that actually eat ! It is a diet that does not make us starve ! I had never heard of this before. So surely wanted to try as soon as possible. So I began my preparation. So let's read on the procedure on how to lose weight in 7 days.

Note: By following this diet plan , you have to completely abstain from alcohol .
1. GM Diet - Day One:
The first day of the GM diet is preparation for the next program you have enrolled in. The first day is a day all fruits. The diet chart of GM instructed me to eat all the fruits we possibly with the exception of bananas. Any fruit can be had at any time, except bananas. The suggestion was more intake of watermelon and cantaloupe. Furthermore, we supposed to drink 8-12 glasses of water throughout the day. If you feel hungry, that person is not doing the diet correctly. Moreover, it is suggested that if one consumes only melons on the first day of the diet, you can lose about a kilo, which is huge!
I followed the first day to a T. I stuffed myself with fruits. I had oranges, papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, Granada, apples, peaches, pears, strawberries, custard apples and everything else. And of course, the water as advised. What we did not get hungry. Every time I was hungry, I had more fruit. And so it was the first day, peacefully.
2. GM Diet - Day Two:
The second day was a day all vegetables. We were able to eat raw and cooked vegetables of our choice. Be sure to use any oil when cooking vegetables. In fact, there is no limit on the type or amount of vegetables you can eat! My day started happily with a large boiled potato (for complex carbohydrate containing) for breakfast. And again, 8-12 glasses of water throughout the day.
On the second day, I was very keen. I had not experienced any hunger yesterday. So I was pretty sure I could handle the second day too. I started with boiled potato. It was fun having potato nothing, but somehow got it down. The rest of the day was spent eating vegetables. I drank cucumber, carrots uncooked, as I cooked, baked beans, raw, boiled lettuce and water bottle guard. In the afternoon I felt a little uncomfortable. The fiber in vegetables had me running to the bathroom again and again. But ultimately, my digestive system was being cleaned. So I was fine with that. Again, there is hunger in the second day.
The third day of the GM diet is a day of fruits and vegetables. Any amount it is allowed. No potatoes today and still no bananas. Same with the water - 8-12 glasses of water throughout the day.
On the third day, my system got used to all rabbit food I was giving. I had a happy day with a variety of fruit and vegetable market had to offer. Except the toilet situation, I was happy with the diet so far.

4. GM Diet - Day Four:
The fourth day of the diet chart plan and the GM is supposed to be a banana and milk day! Does that catch you by surprise? We are supposed to take up to 8-10 bananas and 3-4 glasses of milk throughout the day.
I was a little worried about the fourth day. I was not sure if 8-10 bananas and 3 glasses of milk would be enough to last me all day. I started with a banana and a glass of milk for breakfast. Mid-morning, I was hungry enough for two more bananas. For lunch, I had one more glass of milk with two bananas. I was surprised. Five bananas and half a day was over. I had a banana more in the afternoon with another glass of milk. And for dinner, I had two bananas. At the end of the day I was very surprised. I managed the day with only three glasses of milk, and 8 bananas, and no signs of hunger! I was so busy with all bananas I was having. That was truly amazing!

Day five is a holiday in the diet plan of GM. We can have a cup of rice for lunch and must have six large tomatoes all day. By the fifth day, we would produce more uric acid in the body, so that the water supply has to be increased to 15 glasses throughout the day.
Here came the problem. I hate tomatoes. No matter in what form, raw or cooked, I can not eat tomatoes. They are not going down my throat. So I was a little worried about how I would handle tomatoes. Then my mom suggested, why not puree the tomatoes, cooking, add the coriander, cumin, pepper, salt, and turn it into a soup. Well, I can eat tomato soup. And so, my tomatoes were ground and eaten as soup. I had the soup all day. Not the ideal way may be, but surely has tomatoes down.

I had no problem with the vegetables on the sixth day my body was already used to the diet . He drank the required amount of water. I realized , whether or not I was losing weight , I was definitely improving my digestive system.

I was so happy that I managed to stick to the diet , and complete. My face was beaming with all the nutrients I gave my body. My digestion was back on track after the great clean that I put through and I was certainly looking less emphatic . He had lost weight after the diet significantly .
I got on the scale to see how much weight he had lost during the course of the diet. To my horror, I had lost only about 3 kilos . I was very disappointed that he had failed to 5-8 kilos above. Then I realized all my clothes that did not fit before, now slide comfortably for me. He had lost three inches off my body, which is quite an achievement.
My body is grateful for my I put on a diet so wonderful being that has rewarded me with the required inch loss rather than weight loss .
